Using the
following criteria along with Dwellings Energy Assessment
Procedure (DEAP) we will supply an accurate Building Energy
Rating (BER) certificate.

We will also
provide a detailed advisory report outlining recommendations
that can be used to improve the building's energy efficiency
and help you make the right energy decisions for your
property. DEAP is the procedure for assessing the energy
performance of new dwellings, for the purpose of
demonstrating compliance with the National Building
Regulations Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Energy).
